Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Bardi Home Membership. We're glad to help you keep your home comfortable, safe, and running smoothly throughout the year. These Terms and Conditions explain what's included with your membership, how billing and renewals work, and what to expect when scheduling services.
By enrolling in the Bardi Home Membership, you agree to the terms below.
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical ("Bardi," "we," or "us") and the Customer ("you"). By enrolling in the Bardi Home Membership, you agree to the following terms.
Membership Term The membership term is 12 months beginning on the enrollment date. The annual membership price is $260 per year. The membership automatically renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
To cancel a membership or prevent renewal, customers may contact Bardi by calling (770) 263-9300 or emailing friendsofbardi@bardi.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date to prevent the next billing cycle.
Renewal Notice Bardi will send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before the renewal date by email or text message when available. Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information with Bardi.
Membership Benefits Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and paid. Membership includes two seasonal HVAC maintenance visits, one plumbing inspection, and one electrical inspection during each membership year.
Members receive priority scheduling ahead of non-members, same-day service when available, and a reduced diagnostic fee.
Members receive a 15 percent discount on repairs, a 5 percent discount on system replacements, and a 5 percent discount on excavation services. Discounts apply only to work performed by Bardi. Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotional coupons, manufacturer rebates that require full retail pricing, or special financing offers unless specifically stated.
Scheduling and Expiration of Visits All maintenance visits must be scheduled by the customer and are subject to technician availability. Unused maintenance visits expire at the end of the membership year and do
not roll over to future membership terms. Membership discounts remain available during the active membership term.
Three-Day Right to Cancel You may cancel this Agreement within three days of enrollment. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of membership fees paid, minus the standard retail value of any services performed or discounts applied during that time. If no services or discounts were used, your refund will be the full membership fee paid.
Cancellation After the Three-Day Period You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial three-day period. If the membership is cancelled before the end of the 12-month term, the customer is responsible for the standard retail value of any services performed and discounts applied during the membership period. The total membership fees already paid will be credited toward that amount. Any remaining balance will be due at cancellation. Once any balance due is paid, the membership will be cancelled and future services and discounts will end.
Transfer of Membership Membership benefits may not be transferred to another property or location.
Payment Authorization By enrolling in the membership, you authorize Bardi to charge the payment method provided for the initial membership fee and future renewal charges. By enrolling, you agree that Bardi may charge the payment method on file for renewal charges unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Payments may be processed using credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer.
Company Right to Terminate Membership Bardi reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if continuation of service is not reasonably possible or appropriate. Circumstances that may result in termination include, but are not limited to, nonpayment of membership fees, fraudulent or materially misleading information provided during enrollment or service, conduct that creates safety risks for technicians or staff, or property conditions that prevent safe or lawful performance of services. If termination occurs due to customer conduct or unsafe conditions, unused benefits may be forfeited.
Service Limitations Membership services are available during normal operating hours. Same-day service and priority scheduling depend on technician availability and service demand. Service availability may also be impacted by severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or emergency demand.
Maintenance Disclaimer Maintenance services are designed to reduce the likelihood of system failure but do not guarantee uninterrupted system operation. Bardi is not responsible for pre-existing system defects or failures that occur outside the scope of maintenance services.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Entire Agreement This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Customer and Bardi regarding the membership program and supersedes any prior discussions or representations. Customer enrollment in the membership program confirms acceptance of these terms.
