Giving back with gratitude is what the Bardi Community Foundation is all about. Susan and Alex Bardi formed the foundation out of the simple truth that they are blessed to be a blessing for others. The Bardi Foundation is a non-profit, supported by the Bardi company, private donors and via voluntary payroll deductions from generous Bardi employees. The foundation is proud to help serve the needs of local communities and honored to be supported by donors within the community and in the Bardi family.
The family’s first actions revolved around aiding customers and employees in crises. Then they began helping community organizations. Eventually the family saw the wisdom of establishing the Bardi Community Foundation. Today this non-profit is supported not only by the Bardi company, but also through private donations and by altruistic employees through payroll deduction.
It has become the ideal vehicle to couple the giving nature of the company and its employees, with the overwhelming needs of the community and the nonprofits serving them.

Every Gift Matters
