Bardi University

The Bardi University HVAC Training Program is a 12-week course. Our next session starts in October 2024, with more dates to be added.

Students receive a competitive hourly wage for all hours worked during the 12-week training. Your pay will increase once you complete the program and enter the field, with further raises as you gain experience and advance in your HVAC career.

The training runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. It is a full-time commitment.

All courses will take place at Bardi Headquarters in Norcross, GA. Participants must be able to commute to our location daily.

Anyone with a strong interest in HVAC and a willingness to learn is eligible. You should be comfortable working with your hands, be able to lift 30 pounds, walk or stand for extended periods, and pass a drug and background check.

Our instructors are highly experienced HVAC professionals with over 50 years of combined field experience. They are dedicated to providing you with hands-on, real-world knowledge.
