When she’s not guiding employee relations at Bardi, Tracy puts her HR skills to work as an active volunteer of Crossroads Career Network, a faith-based non-profit helping unemployed, underemployed and misemployed find their “family” in the workplace.

Bob is Bardi's first employee, he has been with the company 21 years with 25 years experience. He studied at Dekalb Technical Institute and graduated in 1991 to earn his technical diploma in Heating and Air Conditioning. He studied and earned his Air Conditioning License for the State of Georgia in 1992. He is currently the Operations Manager for the Construction and Engineering Department reviewing contracts and scopes of work on all commercial projects. He supervises the Project Management Team and oversees all field operations. His commercial team specializes in K-12, Tenant Finish, All types of renovations, Industrial, Office, Medical, and ground up buildings. He is married to Julaine, has 3 children and enjoys coaching baseball.

Greg is co-founder and a partner with Cyber Financial Solutions, Inc., an accounting and financial management outsourcing firm. He has been a part of the Bardi management team for nearly 10 years and has twenty-nine years’ experience in accounting and financial management in various industries. He has a BA in both Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the AICPA.

Ricke Jenkins
Ricke is one of our longest tenured employees. Upon graduation from Georgia Tech, he began what has now been a 30-year career in the construction services industry. He has experience in project management as well as his vast experiences in sales and business development. His first experience with heating and air came some twenty years ago as owner of a company that designed and installed geothermal loops. Today he operates within our commercial service group by providing Planned Maintenance programs, system upgrades and system addition solutions to our clients.

A third generation industry expert, he started his career as a residential service technician, gaining invaluable insight into consumer needs. Gresham has an Associate Degree from Griffin Technical College in Air Conditioning Technology, holds a Class II Unrestricted Air conditioning License for the State of Georgia, and is a Certified Air Balance Diagnostician. Supervising the day-to -day operations in the service departments including the new Plumbing division, Gresham’s goal is to ensure that each customer gets the highest level of Bardi service. He and his wife Jennifer, have a Pitt Bull Mix, Spock.
